The wait is finally over for fans of Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta as their much-anticipated thriller ‘Vadh 2’ is all ready to have a grand world premiere at the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2025, scheduled to take place in Goa. The film will be showcased at the prestigious festival on November 23.

The makers of ‘Vadh 2’ announced the news on social media. Producer Luv Ranjan shared the update with a note that read, “Vadh 2 to have a Gala Premiere screening at the 56th International Film Festival of India 2025 in Goa on 23rd November. #Vadh2 In Cinemas 6th February 2026.”

The film, produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg’s Luv Films, comes in writing and direction of Jaspal Singh Sandhu, who also helmed the original ‘Vadh’ (2022).

Along with the premiere announcement, the makers also unveiled a striking first look of Mishra and Gupta, hinting at another intense and emotional performance from the powerhouse duo. Neena Gupta added to the intrigue with her caption: “New challenge. The story of what is wrong, what is right. #Vadh2 In Cinemas 6th February 2026.”

Speaking about the project, director Jaspal Singh Sandhu said, ‘“We’ve poured our hearts into crafting a story that’s gripping and thought-provoking. I’m thankful to Luv and Ankur for believing in the script. I can’t wait for audiences to experience it. The saga continues.”’
